Due to rapid expansion a fantastic opportunity has arisen within a private banking group based in Central London for a Banking Operations Clerk (12 MONTH FTC). Candidates must have experience within a banking environment.
Duties to include:
- Provide high quality customer service in accordance with the bank’s policy and procedures
- Act as the primary point of contact for account opening, maintenance, closures, Online Banking and Account switching.
- Customer & account maintenance- opening and maintaining customers’ accounts/records
- Direct debit origination- setting up customers, liaising with suppliers
To be considered, candidates must have outstanding customer service and excellent numeracy skills. Candidates that hold A Level’s or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
