Principle Service Designer - 3 Month Contract
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Principle Service Designer to join a leading design agency based in Central London.
You will be a delivery focussed Service Designer with several years commercial experience. You'll work collaboratively to solve business problems and explore new opportunities and have the ability to tackle a complex problem area in terms of people, scenario and industry. You'll appreciate the impact of ideas/innovation on ways of working and the business.
You will help to translate the experiences, values and behaviours of customers into features and functions whilst helping to prioritise and roadmap their execution with the client team.
You are responsible for investigating and identifying distinct scenarios and opportunities to compile key use cases for the products. You will create ideal experience journeys for key stakeholders and key use-cases; User journeys, user flows and measurement framework.
