Evidence of Continued Professional Development
An active interest and demonstrable capability to promote effective learning.
A clear understanding of the role of a Faculty Principal Teacher.
Knowledge of A Curriculum for Excellence aims and plans.
Highly developed communication skills in order to engage with range of stakeholders, including pupils, parents, colleagues etc.
Team orientation and motivation skills.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload and achieve deadlines.
