Principal Structural Engineer

Posted 9 March by Calibre Search Easy Apply Featured Ended
A terrific opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Senior or Principal Structural Engineer to join a global engineering consultancy, based in their South Yorkshire office. They are looking for an experienced engineer who is capable of joining this team and taking a technical lead on projects from the outset. You need to be comfortable, and have a successful track record, of taking the lead on projects and coordinating staff to ensure the project is delivered in a timely fashion to the company's renowned high standards.

They require you to be a Chartered Structural Engineer, ideally with the IStructE, and be experienced offering support and guidance to the more junior engineers within a team. They have a very full order book which ranges from residential and assisted living to rail and high rise residential developments, and they have ambitions to further expand this portfolio with University, Industrial and Commercial projects in the pipeline as well. You will be required to liaise with clients and develop, new and existing, business relationships to help further grow their impressive clientele. This is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic Principal Structural Engineer to join a vibrant team and help them to achieve their ambitious plans for the next few years, building on the remarkable year that 2017 has been for them. They are a huge advocate for promotion from within and, as such, there are brilliant development and progression opportunities available which you will be actively encouraged and supported to achieve.
