The successful candidate will not be expected to make cold calls, there are no ping pong tables and no banging of gongs when a 'deal’ has been done. The focus is on service delivery and the foundations are in place to ensure success so if you are looking to join a business without the sales targets and KPIs and enjoy growing your business through relationship building with lots of face to face client interaction whilst working within a professional and balanced environment, this would be a very good option.
On offer is a competitive salary package to £37k which is negotiable dependent upon experience and an uncapped commission scheme paid at 20%. Hours are flexible and reasonable with regular opportunity for remote working. Due to ongoing growth plans there is also clear opportunity to progress quickly to a leadership role.
