About Us - The Royal Mail Technology team is passionate about delivering high-quality products and outstanding digital experiences to our customers. Your role in the team - As one of our Principal Business Analysts, you'll be at the heart of some major projects in our Digital area of the business where you’ll be working across the full project lifecycle from engaging with senior stakeholders to understand their business requirements, analysing the impact of the proposed solutions and providing prices for the work back to them , working with the delivery team hand in hand to ensure that the experience for the end customer is transparent. You will provide assistance to the Platform owner and wider team as needed. You’ll also have the opportunity to be a leading figure in our Business Analyst community as you look after them as group but also look to identify and improve best practice. This is a challenging role which will give you real variety and no two days will be the same!

Skills needed – You’ll be a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a track record of success within the Digital arena. You’ll be comfortable working across the full project lifecycle with the communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders as well as everyone else that’s involved in these major projects. Your ability to multi-task and juggle ever changing priorities will be second to none as will your passion and determination to deliver first class technology projects. You may have experience of leading and developing other Business Analysts and have a clear view on Business Analysis best practice and excellence which will definitely help in this senior level role.
