We are seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team in a brand-new Nursery setting in Morecambe. This role is ideal for someone who has experience caring for children aged 2-4 years and is familiar with the EYFS framework and development matters. • Provide care, nurture and support to children aged 2-4 years
• Implement continuous provision methods to enhance learning and development according to the EYFS framework.
• Work collaboratively with experienced staff to plan and deliver educational activities.
• Monitor and record children’s progress, adapting learning activities to meet their developmental needs.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all children.

• Minimum of a Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in caring for children aged 2-4 years.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and development matters.
• Knowledge of continuous provision and its impact on learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
