As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be providing the necessary support to students, so they can succeed on their educational journey. The environment will have a fruitful and energetic atmosphere, with a scattering of excitement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing the classroom for each session with your fellow class teachers
• Providing small-group or individual support to student as needed
• Assisting teachers with planning and record-keeping
• Supporting teachers in student behaviour management

The Perfect Teaching Assistant will:

• Be patient and able to build strong relationships with children
• Possess an empathetic nature
• Have a kind, caring and approachable towards all students
• Have prior experience working with special needs students
• Showcase strong behavioural management skills

Requirements:

• A current Enhanced DBS Certificate
