Primary Teaching assistant

Title: KS1 & KS2 Teaching Assistant
Introduction: If you are passionate about developing children's reading and writing skills and would like the opportunity to deliver types of Phonics in an Early years setting this could be the role for you!
To be successful in this role you need to:
*Hold level 2 or 3 in Childcare and early years Education
*Have extensive knowledge of teaching various methods of phonics
*Want to work with key groups offering support to raise achievement levels
*Monitor children's progress and be able to identify any issues
*Liaise with parents and colleagues about children's progress
You would be part of a team wanting to make a difference. You will have strong organisation and planning skills. You will be confident in running a classroom and delivering activities that can keep the children engaged.
This is a larger than average sized primary school with an excellent reputation locally. The school would expect you to share their vision as an inclusive learning community.
