Primary teachers required in Minehead

If you are bored and frustrated with the mountain of admin work that comes with full time teaching and want to be able to enjoy teaching without taking the books home with you, then becoming a supply teacher is the answer!

ITN Mark Education is seeking supply teachers located in Minehead and the wider West Somerset area. Whether you are looking for 5 days work or 1, we will want to hear from you. Supply teaching through us, you will be able to;

- Visit a diverse range of schools; from big multi-form entry schools to rural village ones - all with their own quirks and challenges across Somerset.

-Have the flexibility to work when you want.

-Opportunities to build relationships with schools and become a regular/favourite with many of them.

-Get help and support from a hard working and dedicated primary consultant.

To be a successful supply teacher you will need to be;

-Confident in the national curriculum.

-Be able to differentiate learning material where possible.

-Have effective behaviour management.

-Ideally have own transport.

-Have a friendly and approachable manner.

To apply you must have;

  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A teaching qualification
  • UK QTS status
  • An Enhanced DBS (ITN Mark can process this for you)
  • References to cover a minimum of 2 years
