Are you, or would you like to be a Primary Supply Teacher working across schools in the Birmingham area? Are you looking to teach supply to fit around your busy life? Do you want to work for a supply agency that is caring, welcoming and supportive? We are working with a MAT that is looking for two dedicated cover teachers that could potentially work across more than one School. Covid protocol is in place to ensure your safety. NQT or QTS with experience gained in a "Good" School.

They are hiring for January and we are actively working on their behalf. Processes round registrations and interviews will be slightly different but we need to pull together to ensure we fill roles that will be vital to educating the children we serve.

We are looking for Supply Teachers:

  • NQT or QTS
  • Who can demonstrate that they are a strong class teacher.
  • Have the ability to build good relationships with children and adults.
  • Can show empathy with pupils.
  • Have good knowledge of how a school work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have high expectations of the children they work with.
  • Have worked across any of the primary key stages.

Requirements of a Supply Teacher

  • You hold a formal teaching qualification
  • We also encourage NQT’s to apply
  • Hold exposure to working within a primary school
  • Can provide satisfactory reference checks
  • You hold or happy to apply for a DBS
