Primary Teacher

Amongst the countless supply agencies out there promising you teaching work, it can be hard to know who to trust. However, we like to think that we are different. Here at The Education Network, we take real pride in the strong professional relationships we form with both our schools and our teachers, and we promise to provide you with an honest, reliable and friendly service - just give us a call and put us to the test.

We are, first and foremost, a supply teaching agency who specialise in providing high-quality teaching and support staff to our lovely client schools across Tyne and Wear and Northumberland. We therefore do not offer permanent roles up front, as all of our work is subject to demand.

However, we are very busy and currently have many new roles opening each week, ranging from day-to-day cover to long term work which sometimes even turns into permanent employment. We are confident that we can offer you a steady stream of work on either a full time or a part time basis - it just depends on what exactly you are looking for.

We are proud of the fact that our best teachers don't stay with us long; they are snapped up by our schools before we know it!

In order to work with us, you must:
* Hold qualified teacher status (QTS) in the UK
* Have recent and relevant experience in UK primary schools
* Be flexible, enthusiastic and willing in your approach
* Be able to build strong, professional rapports with children and staff
* Commitment and passion to good teaching practice and quality supply teaching
* Fully understand safeguarding procedures and child protection methods and responsibilities
* Possess a cracking sense of humour!

The best way to see if registering with The Education Network is something that you are interested in is to get in touch. Please feel free to pop me an email at , or call for an initial chat.
