Posted 5 April by CER Education Recruitment
Would you like to work in a school that respects your experience, skills and creativity? Is it important to you to work with like-minded educators that put the child first?Would a senior leadership team who promote your work/life balance appeal to you?

If so, then continue reading as this could be the job for you.

The SLT and Governing Body of this established and well regarded primary school in Camden would like to secure a Year 5 teacher to start in the second week of summer term. This is a community school who place high value on relationships between colleagues who are engaged in professional collaboration with a network of support for each other. There is a TLA in every classroom and the pupil premium is strategically used to enrich the offering for learners in a creative manner that narrows the gap and helps each child to reach their potential academically, socially and emotionally.

The ethos of the school is about staff knowing each child as both a learner and as a person. "It's about eating lunch together, dancing together, having conversations in the playground and enjoying school traditions together"

In return for an attractive starting salary, that can either be above your current pay scale and even with potential for a TLR for the right candidate, we expect all teaching staff to buy into the culture and ethos of the school and commit to supporting the development of learners and colleagues alike. NQTs are welcome to apply, as well as Overseas Trained Teachers that are from Commonwealth Countries.

It is always advisable to meet with schools to get a good understanding of the culture and community. Please send you CV to show interest in a meeting soon after the Easter break.
