Academics are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teachers to join our team and work across primary schools in Eastbourne and the surrounding areas.

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Follow lesson plans and ensure pupils remain engaged in their learning
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Adapt your teaching approach to meet the needs of different pupils
• Work collaboratively with school staff and support pupils throughout the school day

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
• A patient, enthusiastic and nurturing approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Reliable and adaptable, with a genuine passion for working with children
