Monarch Education are recruiting a qualified Teacher to work in a Primary School within the Central Birmingham area. The position will start in April 2018 on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year. The school is welcoming NQT's to apply.

The school have high expectations of children's attainment and achievements. They are looking for somebody who can motive and challenge children by crafting a stimulating and vibrant learning environment.

Some of your responsibilities would include:

*Planning and delivering Literacy and Numeracy lessons
*Providing the correct learning objectives with motive the children can progress
*Create learning activities which will encourage the pupils to engage within their learning development
*Tailor your teaching for children that learning at a lower ability than others
*Build and maintain successful relationships with pupils
*Support children on a 1:1 basis to give focus on core subjects
