Primary School Teaching Assistant Male for SEN - Swansea

As one of the fastest growing agencies in South Wales, Prospero are looking for dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our existing team of Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants working in the Swansea area. We are ideally looking for a male teaching assistant due to the nature of the role.

We are currently working with numerous Primary and SEN schools(including Welsh Medium schools) in Swansea and URGENTLY require Male Teaching Assistants for work starting September.

The work is varied and can range from 1-1 SEN work through to general class Teaching Assistant work.Supply work is an excellent way of building a lot of experience and knowledge over a short period of time. It is a brilliant way to develop Teaching Assistant skills and have an impact on education standards local to you. It can also be another way to get into a long term or permanent position by building relationships with a range of schools. Teaching Assistants who make a good impression in schools through supply work are often requested by those schools to work the positions as and when they come available.

We are ultimately looking for applicants who enjoy and specialise in Special Needs Teaching Assistant posts in Primary, Secondary, PRU's and SEN schools. In this candidate-led environment, the better you are, the more work you will ultimately secure for yourself. So if you have confidence in your abilities, consider yourself to be encouraging, positive, committed, and passionate about teaching assistant then we want to hear from you. We ideally need candidates who drive for this post.
