Primary School Teacher

Monarch Education is seeing a qualified Teacher to work in a Primary School based within the Aston area. The position will start in February 2018 on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year. The Primary School is welcoming NQT's to apply.

The role requires you to have the following experience in working with children within KS1 booster there learning development.
As the class teacher you will need to have a good understanding of the national curriculum subjects and can mark work against the national benchmark. It is essential that you have had phonics' training and excellent communication skills with strong behavioural management.

You will need to have a bubbly, caring and adaptive nature which you can foster into your teaching and learning ability, as you will need to tailor your teaching for those children that learn at a lower ability than others.

You will be responsible for ensuring that each child is progressing within their learning development. The Primary School prides themselves on having high expectations with members of staff that achieve the best results, by having a strong senior leadership to maintain all educational requirements.
