The Primary NQT Person Specification
Due to the successful nature of the school, they are seeking an inventive and energetic Primary NQT who can show a creative teaching approach that aims to gain the maximum from the students. The successful candidate will have an eagerness to work independently as well as in a fast paced, successful, motivated team! All kids love their learning to be fun, and at this school it is actively encouraged, so if you are imaginative and can offer the students a different approach to learning, then this school could be the ideal place to best utilise your skill-set!

The Primary NQT Role
As a highly-skilled Primary NQT, you will be teaching classes either within KS1 or KS2 depending on your preference! That's right; the school will genuinely want you to have a large say in what age group you work with in order to make you feel as comfortable as possible! You will have the chance to utilise the wonderful, modern resources available to help you in your day-day work, which should give you the platform to plan and deliver unique and interactive lessons! In addition, part of your role will include following an extensive CPD and training plan that the school have put together. This allows teachers to develop in any areas they are struggling with, and has proven to be a phenomenal success over the last couple of years with NQTs going on to be middle-leaders through this program in a short space of time. Is that the sort of rapid career-progression you want? As a Primary NQT you will be benefiting from the leadership of an inspirational Head teacher who has risen through the ranks at the school herself! How's that for a person to learn from?
