ABOUT THE ROLE

Position: Primary Investment Research Analyst – Graduate Accelerator Programme (6-Month Rotations)
Locations: Glasgow or London (Hybrid Position)

? WHAT YOU'LL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a participant in Woozle's Primary Investment Research Graduate Accelerator Programme, you will develop the expertise to deliver actionable insights for the world’s leading investors. This 6-month program includes rotations across multiple teams and industries, giving you hands-on experience in conducting surveys, expert calls, and channel checks to uncover proprietary data that shapes smarter investment decisions.

Whether you choose our Glasgow or London office, this hybrid role provides flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to research that directly impacts high-stakes investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Research: Collaborate with senior analysts to gather proprietary insights using surveys, expert interviews, and channel checks tailored to client needs.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Research Reporting: Assist in preparing detailed research reports, presenting findings that help investors make informed decisions.
  • Client Insights: Gain exposure to buy-side analysts and portfolio managers by contributing research updates and pitching investment ideas using Woozle’s unique data.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay updated on key industry developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic trends affecting client investments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and rotate through various research areas, developing a well-rounded understanding of investment strategies.

ABOUT YOU

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Research Experience: Familiarity with conducting research using primary and secondary sources.
  • Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity and Drive: A passion for learning, problem-solving, and excelling in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in dynamic settings with changing priorities.
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to contribute to shared goals.
