Destination Education are looking to appoint an excellent KS1 and KS2 Intervention Teacher to a thriving school in Goodmayes. The job will begin September 2018 for the new academic year.

The school are looking for a hardworking, confident Intervention teacher that is willing to go the extra mile to help the children excel within their education.

You will be working with highly achieving pupils as well as pupils that need extra support within their education. Typically you should expect to work with pupils helping to improve their literacy and numeracy levels.

The school have a brilliant support system for their pupils and staff and are looking for a friendly Interventions teacher to join their team. This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to work closely with the pupils who benefit from working in a smaller, guided group outside of the classroom.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a QTS or equivalent
  • Have an up to date DBS
  • Have a strong understanding of the UK Primary National Curriculum
  • Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour

The school is easily accessible by all forms of public transport and they are LOOKING TO MEET APPLICANTS AFTER EASTER HALF TERM.
