Pricing Analyst will be responsible for the delivery of costing/pricing models to support pricing decisions for new work in the form of tenders, new services or referrals. You will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of such models to ensure they are accurate, dynamic and user friendly. Your role will also involve costing / pricing analysis that supports decision making about long term financial plans.
Participate in new business/costing meetings to ensure full understand of costing requirements.
Development and maintenance of costing models to support pricing decisions for tenders/referrals of new work.
Ensure costing models are accurate and complete and enable us to change parameters easily to assess the impact on costs.
Provide timely, accurate costings for new business including tenders and referrals.
To provide input into the development of the budget models in excel to ensure fit for purpose.
Perform analysis to support competitive pricing of new business, e.g. internal and external benchmarking.
Support the development of a pricing policy.
Perform analysis to support the ongoing development of medium / long term financial forecasts and plans.
Qualified by experience or CIMA/ACCA
Excellent Excel skills (ability to create models from scratch)
Experience of pricing and costing of new business
