Our client, one of the UK's most influential developers are actively seeking a new homes sales advisor to sell prestigious homes on their phenomenal site in Berkshire.

The suitable candidate will need at least 2 years new homes site sales experience and the ability to offer outstanding customer service consistently.

The developer has an brilliant reputation throughout the Home Counties and produces a fantastic product which is in high demand. This is a superb opportunity for someone who is looking to work for a company that emphasise on internal progression.

The Role

  • Establish good customer relationships
  • Follow up and encourage on all potential sales leads
  • Work closely with team and sales manager to hit targets
  • Research the market to provide clients with knowledge and information on developments in surrounding areas
  • Communicate with site managers and development teams
  • Maintain regular contact with customers throughout process

The suitable candidate

  • Must have sales experience within the property industry
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Reasonable understanding of the "Help to Buy Scheme"
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Target driven
  • Desire to learn

In return our client is offering

  • Basic salary up to £24,000 to £27,000
  • Realistic OTE of £47,000
  • Mileage allowance
  • Health Care

Working Pattern

  • 5 days a week
  • 10am - 5pm
