They have an opportunity for a talented Presales Manager - Software to join their business in a key position for the commercial team.
My client is a long standing information provider, who have long held an ambition to revolutionise the way their data is navigated and implemented by businesses. Technology has now caught up with their ambition, and they have two new solutions to bring to market.
The first aggregates social, document and facial recognition for online identity verification. They have a unique proposition to revolutionise the lucrative identity and fraud prevention space at both the front and back end. Operating as a new business unit from a hugely successful online information provider, they are in a position to aggressively take this solution to market.
The second is a cloud data virtualisation tool which simply maps data and their connections, in a clean UX environment. This removes the tedious task of trawling through data to extract the information required, and allows leaps in correlations to be recognised, drastically reducing time required.
As a start up with huge potential, my client is excited about what the future holds. Their leadership team has a wealth of experience within this industry, and are looking to develop employees to future proof themselves for the imminent expansion.
Their B2B solution offers a more secure, faster solution for understanding who customers are.
As Presales Manager - Software, you will be in a client facing position, working in collaboration with the Sales team. Core responsibilities for understanding the technical requirements of the client and consulting them on what would be possible.
You will quickly establish an understanding for their needs and scope out the technical requirements.
Building strong relationships with the client will be key to this position.
Whilst client facing, you will support the sales team with in depth solution knowledge, and probing what the client is looking to achieve with the solution to ensure the most efficient and effective solution is proposed to the client.
You will detail technical responses to RFP/RFIs.
Through supporting the team, you will be mentoring them in the technicalities of the solutions and increasing their technical acumen.
To be considered for the Presales Manager - Software position, you will need a track record in delivering in a Presales, Sales Engineer or Technical Account Management positions.
- As a member of the commercial team, you will need to have strong communication skills, comfortable discussing technical requirements with both technical and non-technical senior decision makers.
- Commercial acumen.
- Ability to effectively understand and empathise with the client's situation.
- MS Office and Salesforce experience.
- Full UK driver's license.
- Based in South East England and able to travel to West London office once a week.
£40,000-£50,000 Basic Salary, Bonus and Benefits Package.
