If you have had previous experience in painting, decorating or plastering, we would like to hear from you as your skills would be transferrable to this specific role.
Responsibilities will include:
Meet daily quality and production targets
Ensure documented processes are followed at all times
Work to a structured manner
Complete all tasks within allocated time
Willing to learn new production techniques and processes
Understand and respond to the quality and process feedback system
The working area is warm, smell of paint fumes and very dusty, appropriate PPE will be provided, however you must be able to work in such an environment.
Candidates will be able to understand and communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
This role can be physically challenging, candidates will need to be able to carry out physical tasks
Ability to perform routine tasks consistently.
Previous repair knowledge would be an advantage.
You must be able to read and understand written instructions/documentation.
Good hand to eye co-ordination essential
Must be able to work in an environment containing dust and paint fumes
Experience in using hand and power tools
C&G, NVQ or similar, with Automotive Body Repair or Paint elements.
Knowledge of Business Improvement Techniques Level 2 applications - desirable
