Pre Sales Executive

Key responsibilities

The Pre Sales Executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working across all brands, generating interest, qualifying prospects and passing to sales.

*Own the lead routing process by routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
*Responsible for generating quality sales opportunities to be closed by a Business Development Manager
*Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
*Update and maintain client and prospect data in our Sales Database
*GDPR compliant
*Work closely with marketing operations team to:
*Ensure information is completed and recorded in Marketo
*Ensure business processes are followed
*Ensure key metrics are reported back on
*Update and improve the lead distribution process

*Experience within the recruitment industry
*B2B Experience
*Experience with CRMs
*Excellent phone manner
*Experience working across 2 teams
