The Role: Pre-Sales Executive
Salary: Up to £50k + 20% commission
For 15 years, this company have been a leader in helping local government to develop and implement better services. With over 30% of UK councils using their platform, the company provide the tools to enhance citizen interactions, improve efficiency, and save costs by moving services online. The platform is developed specifically to accelerate channel shift and improve the customer experience, and the company work closely with customers to help them achieve their aim of building better services.
The Pre-Sales Executive will support the sales team throughout the sales cycle. You will promote the technical features and benefits of the Customer Experience Platform to customers. You will also be instrumental in supporting the development of existing key accounts, and the acquisition of new clients. This will be achieved by your attending and presenting at presales and post-sales meetings, and supporting the execution of the sales process.
You will be educated to degree level, and have experience within a pre-sales role in the public sector. The role will involve UK-wide travel, with overnight trips included, so you must be willing to work remotely.
