An excellent opportunity to join the Global Leader in Consumer Electronics who are looking for a Pre Sales Consultant to work closely with the Key Account Management Team, operators and resellers to provide service consulting and design to ensure that the customers requirements are captured, a service designed and seen through to contract and passed over to the delivery team.
You will be positive, motivated and results-driven with excellent service/managed service knowledge and commercial experience.
You will be responsible for service design and scoping, proposal creation and presentation, becoming a subject matter expert. You will support the sales cycle from initial opportunity to deployment, contract creation and negotiation, providing Event, Channel and Key Account Support
Working with the internal sales teams to build a plan based on accounts and channels to grow the service business, educating the sales teams and channels on the proposition.
You will need to be experience in the running of large and complex service projects, have budge experience and have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for wide variety of audiences (e.g. non-technical, technical, commercial, etc.)
