Our client, an innovative software company, is currently looking for a Pre Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team. You will be looking after and managing all pre sales activities in Europe, from their Bracknell office.
You will be the first point of contact for any pre sales technical requirement and will be supporting sales managers, channel partners and their customers with assistance, advice and guidance. The right candidate will be confident in generating interest with new customers and the existing customer base, induction and training on products will be provided.
The Pre Sales Consultant will also be responsible for onsite and web based presentations therefore the successful candidate should be confident presenting to an audience.
Other responsibilities include:
- Implement and assist with pilots, evaluations or proof of concept
- Create and maintain product or solution training materials, presentations and documents
- Update and maintain internal CRM database(Salesforce)
- Respond to and complete formal RFI’s, proposal and tender response documents
You will have an advanced and fluent level of English both written and verbal and excellent communicational skills. The successful candidate will have strong IT skills and knowledge in networking and software/business applications and will be comfortable using, configuring and installing Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 8 & Server 2003/2008/2012).
Fluency in another European language is a great advantage, although not essential.
The successful candidate will be a licensed driver as you will be required to visit client sites on occasion.
This is an exciting time to be joining this growing company and would be potentially well suited to someone currently in a junior pre sales position or an IT support person who wishes to move into a more customer facing role. Our client will also consider graduates that have some technical experience or a strong IT background.
