Pre-sales Consultant/Manager with Software Vendor
Extensive travel and can be home based.
International Software vendor focused on global aviation industry. Now looking for a Pre-sales/Presales Consultant/Sales Engineer/SolutionConsultant to help with the recruitment of new customers across UK, Europe, Middle East (EMEA) and potentially Asia.
Pre-sales/Presales Consultant for the implementation / support of fully integrated Airline Engineering software to UK and EMEA customers. To assist in the sales of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) operations and fleet management solutions into the aviation industry delivering true business transformation by combining MRO, flight operations and fleet management in one integrated software solution. Serving aircraft operators, OEMs, MROs and service companies.
Duties include executive level presentations and demonstrations, proof of concepts, support of RFI and RFP processes, and management of the technical aspects of the pre-sales cycle.
You will have good skills and knowledge of business processes in the aviation sector.
Be able to develop business case construction and adoption. Plus bid preparation and problem solving.
Key competencies are:
- Proven Pre-Sales experience and track record in EAM or ERP applications
- Vertical Industry Knowledge (e.g. Aviation, transport, aerospace and defence)
- Business Areas Knowledge (e.g. Facility Management, Inventory Management, Fleet Management)
The client has offices in the UK, both in the North and South East, but you will be expected to be based at home. The role comes with much overseas travel.
