Based in the expanding market-town of Bury, the company are further increasing their headcount, by looking to appoint two new members to the technical team.
Your new role
You as Technical Manager, will have the opportunity to contribute first hand to the rewarding task of providing technical input to a range of projects throughout all pre-development stages of projects, up to sale or as built. Ensuring you provide the optimal technical solutions to deliver quality schemes, as Technical Manager you will have the opportunity to shape and mould successful schemes from their infancy, enhancing your reputation as a key figure in the industry.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful Technical Manager, you will have a minimum of five years' experience in the construction industry, working for a house-builder, private consultancy, developer, or main contractor. You will ideally have a minimum HNC in a technical construction discipline. As the Technical Manager you will be expected to have a sound understanding of technical matters surrounding mixed-use developments, and understanding of the processes from land-appraisal to sale. Your key self attributes will be a self-starter, team player, and excellent communicator.
