Pre-Construction Bid Manager
Experienced Pre-Construction bid manager required for an innovative business in Yorkshire.
Hays Construction & Property are delighted to be working with a leading construction business in North Yorkshire. Due to further growth plans they are looking to appoint an experienced pre-construction bid manager to lead the dedicated bid team through the tender and pre-construction phases in order to convert opportunities and increase work flow.
The role will be extremely varied and would suit someone who is looking for a challenging role that combines all of their skills and someone who is keen to work for an award winning firm.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of tender documents and quality assurance is carried out to ensure that successful bids can be delivered against a target margin.
You will have a proven track record in bid/tender development and management including the financial aspects and can demonstrate this in a previous project delivery for another construction business, including offsite and onsite construction methods.
You will be educated to degree level with a relevant construction degree, strong level of IT competency and the personality that allows you to engage, develop and management people at all levels.
