A WIP Administration job in Patchway, Bristol for a temporary position until the end of April.
Your new company
You will be working for an engineering company that is based in Patchway, Bristol. The role is on a temporary basis to support to support a project within the company and will initially be expected to continue until the end of April.
Your new role
You will be a pre billings administrator that will be responsible for ensuring jobs have been completed by engineers, reconcile costs and time on each project to ensure prompt closure of the job. You will need to support the billing process including Purchase Orders, P Card Receipts and Labour transactions. You will need to complete all work related documents on time and comply with the policies and procedures. As part of the role you will need to attend staff meetings and training and pick up other administrative roles in line with capabilities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have strong administrative experience with at least 12 month recent experience, ideally you will have finance based background however this isn't essential. You will need to have a good eye for detail and be able to prioritise your workload.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an hourly rate of up to £12 per hour and will be guaranteed full time work until the end of April. They have onsite parking and food facilities.
