Search Consultancy are working exclusively with a growing Law firm based in Sussex who are looking for a Practice Manager who can support the execution and implementation of the firm's business plan as they grow.
As Practice Manager you will have a varied role responsible for Finance, HR, Compliance, Facilities, Marketing and general office administration with the opportunity to take real ownership.
Duties of the role will include
Overseeing monthly management accounts and bank reconciliations
Ensuring full SAR's compliance
Create and monitor monthly nominal budgets - running variance reports and liaising with partners
Overseeing the debtors list
Assisting with production of year end accounts
Maintaining HR records and inducting new staff
Ensuring the the firm meets its regulatory and statutory requirements
Leading on the implementation of a new marketing strategy
The successful applicant will need to have a strong finance background, have good attention to detail, demonstrate a high level of organisation and excellent communication skills. This role could be considered on a full time or part time basis
