Practice Manager - Professional Services Firm - London

Our client is a well established professional services firm based in a prime Central London location. The firm specialises in providing accountancy services to a broad range of high profile clients. They have a fantastic reputation within this field and have enjoyed steady growth over the past few years.

The firm are looking to take an experienced Office Manager / Practice Manager to oversee the smooth running of the office. Working closely with the Directors, you will be expected to take responsibility for:

  • Facilities management; dealing with suppliers, contractors and rental rates for the office

  • Day to day running of the London office

  • Dealing with staff expenses and managing petty cash

  • General HR duties; including new staff inductions, holidays, timesheets etc

  • Overseeing the recruitment of new staff

  • Dealing with computer and IT issues

  • Ensuring that the firm comply with all legislation (I.e. money laundering)

  • Health & safety

  • Providing ad-hoc support to the Directors

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 3 years experience as an Office Manager / Practice Manager / Operations Manager or in a similar role.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working for a professional services firm, I.e. a Consultancy, accountancy firm, law firm or architectural practice who have fee earning staff.
