Small Slough based accountancy practice have a requirement for a qualified accountant ACCA/ACA with recent small/medium sized firm experience to join them as their Practice Manager with the opportunity for Partnership Share.

This will involve managing a team of 4 including training and development, ensuring client relationships are maintained and all systems and processes are managed to a high standard. Managing your own portfolio in a very much hands on role you must have a full understanding of statutory accounting and be conversant with latest accounting standards, business and personal taxation, management accounting, Vat and Payroll etc text-align:start;widows: 2;-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;text-decoration-style: initial;
text-decoration-color: initial;word-spacing:0px"> It will also be expected that as the Practice Manager you can present results in client year end reviews making commercial and best business recommendations where appropriate and assist with new client prospect meetings.
