Practice Lead (Ref:NE256 )

37.5 hours per week

£22,808 per annum

Based: Newcastle/Gateshead

An exciting opportunity is available to join MHM in Newcastle for an experienced Practice Lead to lead on our supported accommodation services, supporting our Recovery Workers to ensure that we offer a high quality recovery focused service to our clients. We are looking for a resilient, solution focused individual to take on this role, it is a fast paced, challenging environment and you should have the ability to respond quickly and adapt your approach accordingly.

You should be able to demonstrate the skills and ability to lead and develop a team of Recovery Workers. You will have experience of delivering social care services in a supported accommodation setting or in the community, ideally in a supervisory capacity. You will be experienced in safety management and have a good understanding of safeguarding. You will be expected to ensure the services meet our contractual obligations and performance management objectives, while implementing service improvements. You will have experience of engaging people who have a range of complex mental health needs as well as others including drug and alcohol and physical. You will have excellent communication skill and you will be expected to take part in a 24 hour on call rota.
