We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a keen interest in developing and supporting the practice education of healthcare practitioners. Working in partnership with many HEI's such as the University of South Wales, Swansea University and Bangor University, you will provide an effective clinical learning environment for students of nursing whilst in Powys Teaching Health Board and support clinical staff in their assessment of student nurses ensuring that they are fit for practice and purpose at the point of registration.
You will need to be able to work autonomously, have good communication and negotiation skills within complex situations. You will have sound leadership and organisational skills as well as experience of supervising and assessing health care students in the practice setting.

The ability to travel between sites in a timely manner is essential.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
