Band 6 Practice Development Facilitator 37.5 hours per week.
Are you interested in supporting teams to give optimal care to all patients but with a particular focus on preventing deterioration? Then this role is for you. We are looking for somebody with a strong background and understanding of acute illness and what contributes to patient deterioration. A team player, who is clinically credible and able to engage teams with quality improvement projects in relation to identifying and preventing patient deterioration including sepsis. The role is within the corporate nursing safety and quality team and works across all areas of the Trust. In North Cumbria we strive to provide the best patient experiences by supporting our staff to develop themselves and their services. Support will be given for the correct individual to develop within the role and develop the service according to the team vision. Standard Check: £26 + Administration cost of £4.20 = deducted at £10.20 from 1st month salary and £10 deducted from salary over following 2 months.
Enhanced Check: £44 + administration cost of £4.20 = £15.20 deducted from 1st month salary and £11 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
