An opportunity has arisen in Dunnottar ward for a new band 2 healthcare
support worker to join the team.

Dunnottar is a 10 bedded mixed sex ward which
provides assessment and support to individuals affected by an acquired brain
injury. 

 This is a challenging but rewarding post in which the successful candidate must
have excellent communication skills, have the ability to plan and prioritise
their workload, and maintain a commitment to delivering high standards of
quality nursing care to a patient group who have a cognitive impairment. 

The person should be professional, kind, caring and reliable. You will be
expected to work alongside with and support the nursing team, provide
individualised care and offer a therapeutic environment. 

This post is full
time 37.5 hrs rotational post consisting of both days and nights, following the
long day shift pattern.
Suitable training and support will be provided to successful candidates.
