PR & Marketing Specialist

Blasting News is looking for a passionate PR & Marketing Specialist to support its global communication and marketing strategy.

The responsibilities would be divided into three main elements:

Communication strategy

  • Manage the creation of all marketing communications.

  • Communicate and support key product launches and updates of the Blasting News brand (Including Press releases).

  • Assure a consistent and coherent corporate to communication on throughout every key channel (website, social media, offline).

  • Manage Blasting News' social media channels and commercial front-facing customer site.

Commercial strategy

  • Illustrate the core product offering, starting from the Blasting News website and Blasting News SaaS technology.

  • Communicate the product offering to the global sales teams and provide sales material, working closely with commercial heads.

  • Explain to the sales teams the product offer and how to create relationships between the clients (media agencies and brand advertisers) and the product.

  • Be engaged in pre-sales and sales processes, when relevant.

PR and Event

  • Manage online & offline PR with internal and external contacts.

  • Organize events.

  • Define key objectives and strategies together with the senior team of Blasting News.

  • Adopt a 'hands-on’ approach to making sure you deliver results on tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing and communication in digital firms.

  • Team player who is willing to get their "hands dirty" and wear different "hats," while working with diverse stakeholders who maintain their autonomy and decision-making.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, flexible, ambitious and determined.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Where you will be based

London (UK). Extensive travelling is required.
