Opportunity to work with one of the most exciting, growing PR agencies in Birmingham - definitely not one to be missed, especially if you're looking for your first permanent role within PR.
Established for three years, this agency has achieved phenomenal success and they're looking for a keen and ambitious Graduate or PR Account Executive to join their team. They tend to work with corporate and professional services clients, and currently work with some real heavy-hitters in these fields, as well as some really well-known consumer brands on stakeholder and corporate communications. They're also really focused on working with clients who promote the fantastic city of Birmingham! So what can you expect from this role? They're ideally looking for a brilliant writer who can work on their varied case-studies, whitepapers etc. who is keen to build relationships with clients, and as part of a small team, you'll be exposed to all aspect of a PR day!
What we're looking for
So, you'll be a superstar, intellectual writer who doesn't mind being shaped into a serious B2B copywriter (perhaps you're in a journalism role at the moment?). You must have gained some commercial experience within a PR environment, so an internship at the least and most importantly you'll have the right attitude. This is a small team environment so whilst you will receive lots of training and be given opportunities to shine you need to be focused, hard-working and cheerful, a real solution finder. There isn't a big framework of AD's to fall back on, but the work is hugely exciting and what the company might lack in hierarchy and structure which you find in a big agency you will be given the opportunity to work on so much more!
What's on offer?
Salary for the role is between £17,000 and £20,000 and on top of that you've got a city centre location, really funky and friendly offices and a great team spirit. There's free fruit and tea and coffee (nice stuff, with a posh machine), childcare vouchers, pension and a bonus scheme is currently being trialled.
