Salary £25,000 approx subject to suitability and experience.

My client owns family run agency in St Johns Wood which started out in 1995 and is still run hands on by him.
The company specialises in residential lettings and covers St John’s Wood, Regents Park, Little Venice, Maida Vale and Hampstead.

They have a huge client base and excellent relationships with other local agents.

They work hard, offering an honest, hands on, bespoke service of the kind you can only get from a small family run business. Their clients are loyal and long term and therefore it is imperative the position is filled with someone who has a strong work ethic, is proud to offer a high standard of work and is looking for a long-term career.

They are looking for a fourth member of the team to complete the office.

The role is office based, will involve working closely with the Director and will require someone to be responsible for the following tasks :

Full training will be given and we have clear protocol for all tasks.

New Instructions
Send appraisal letter to clients Send instruction letter to clients Add properties with pictures and full details to our system Send mail shots through our system Arrange keys, photographs and floor plans.
Advertising
To complete weekly newspaper adverts on time Manage ‘ brief your market’ campaign Arrange boards Manage ‘ All agents ‘ account Manage our Rightmove adverts and swap feature properties

Social Media
To ensure social media campaigns are updated on Facebook , Twitter and Instagram, Create blogs

Office tasks

Manage key book Manage birthday calendar to clients

Property Management

Take all incoming calls, Log maintenance. Arrange inspections Manage the gas safety check register Instruct maintenance team to follow jobs Collect rents Process statements

Key requirements

Reasonable commute Experience within an Estate Agency Enthusiastic and Hard working Excellent telephone manner Well organized Can create effective systems for planning their day and follow effectively Experience in dealing with clients and tenants Calm under pressure.

Hours

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

One Saturday per month 10:00 to 3:00 pm

Most of my clients dont give such a detailed job spec but if these are all tasks you are familiar with then I would like to hear from you.
