A highly successful and award-winning PR and digital agency in the heart of Manchester is looking for an experienced and talented B2B focused PR Account Executive to enhance their award-winning team.
This highly successful agency works with a number of iconic brands across numerous sectors from leisure and retail to property and charity. You will be assisting your Account Manager with day-to-day client management, and your duties will be many and varied, but will include: Generation of pro-active and reactive news stories, demonstrating a good commercial knowledge of relevant media and client industries; developing excellent client relationships; taking accurate briefs from clients and developing plans; writing press releases, features, and various kinds of copy; assisting at press conferences; and running the day-to-day social media for clients across relative platforms.
What we're looking for
As an individual, you should have gained at least 12 months' experience within a PR agency or a similar B2B environment and should have exceptional communication and organisational skills. You will be able to meet deadlines and objectives, manage your time successfully, work well both independently and within a team, and establish excellent personal relationships with your colleagues. Competence, ability, and a positive outlook are also required!
