I am working with a show stopping Communications Agency who are PR, Social Media and events all rolled into one. They are looking for an ambitious PR Account Director to join their expanding team.
As an Account Director you will lead portfolio of client accounts, taking responsibility for strategic planning and generating campaign programmes that meet client objectives. Lead account teams to deliver successful and profitable public relations campaigns. Assist in new business development and act as an ambassador for the company's vision, values and goals.
As an Account Director you will competently manage your own workload and those of team members. You will ensure work meets high quality standards and maintain profitable service delivery level on each account. You will develop a sound financial understanding of budgeting, forecasting, fee to income ratio, debtors and cash flow and undertake accurate invoicing.
You will deliver quality materials associated with communications plan including draft press releases/features/articles, project proposals and presentations. Prepare client reports (such as contact and progress reports). Build rapport with clients offering senior level counsel and being aware of new business development and sales opportunities alongside supporting and encouraging team members assisting with annual reviews.
