Salary: £16,000p/a plus £500 flexible allowance
Hours of work: Full time (35 hours)
Shifts between 8:00am-8:00pm Monday - Friday Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a PPI Telephony Adviser to join our ever growing team, providing a first class customer service experience by taking inbound calls and interacting with customers who believe they have been miss sold PPI. You will deal with a variety of enquiries and work in accordance with agreed SLAs, policies and procedures of the bank.
As an ambassador for the bank you will work alongside your team members to provide an exceptional level of service, assist customers and offer solutions. You will have a customer focused mind-set and be a confident communicator. Ideally, you will have worked in a contact centre environment and have the ability to demonstrate a skill set of professionalism, empathy and understanding, which along with our bespoke training, and ongoing coaching and development will make sure you’re well prepared to be the best.
