Case Handlers (Review and Redress work streams)

  • Start: 5th March
  • Duration: Contract to end of June 2018
  • Working hours: (Thursday 6pm - 6am, Saturday & Sunday 7am to 7pm)
  • Location: Glasgow
  • Rate: £335 per shift

What Knowledge, Skills & Experience We Need

  • Minimum 12 months PPI case handling experience covering a range of financial products
  • Knowledge of complaint handling processes and procedures, and confident in making appropriate judgement decisions
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment whilst keeping the customer at the forefront of all activities
  • Highly developed and proven customer service skills with an empathetic telephone manner
  • Ability to clearly and accurately communicate with internal and external customers both verbally and in writing
  • Work as part of a team in a collaborative style and develop relationships with stakeholders
  • Monitor and prioritise workload to achieve deadlines
