Working in a fast paced, fun, environment you will work as part of a large team processing a very high volume of PPI and Packaged Bank Account claims. The team manages the entire claims back office process from receipt of pack right through to the completion of the claim and you will get the opportunity to work across this process, building new skills and continually learning new aspects of what is quite a complex process. There is minimal customer contact in this role as it is almost 100% administration.
This role requires excellent attention to detail gained from a previous administration or processing job within the financial claims industry. Previous PPI or PBA claims administration or processing experience is ESSENTIAL for this role and you must also be able to:
* Work quickly and accurately
* Deal with a high volume workload
* Work effectively in a team
Location: Based in Macclesfield, within walking distance from the train station.
Hours: Mon-Fri, & weekends
