A award winning digital marketing company is looking to hire a PPC Strategist. They are expanding and growing.

The Role:

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, you will work with the Digital Marketing and Account Management teams to develop clients’ PPC strategies across search, display and social platforms with a tangible return on investment. This individual will also be keen to grow our PPC client base and assist the Business Development team with new opportunities including research, forecasting and attending pitches. We want someone who is passionate about all things digital, commercially aware, and able manage their own time to maximise their impact on our PPC clients. Experience of working with B2C and e-commerce businesses would be an asset for this role.


  • Create and execute PPC strategies in accordance with client goals
  • Explore new opportunities for clients and proactively develop PPC accounts
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of bids, budget management, A/B testing and other important account activities
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly reports to provide insight and recommendations for ongoing performance improvements
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
  • Research new platforms and keep the company at the forefront of PPC marketing
  • Attend client meetings/conference calls with existing and prospective clients
  • We also expect you to develop your knowledge in our other digital marketing disciplines and remain up to date with best practices.


  • Minimum of 3 years’ PPC experience across Google, Bing and Facebook platforms
  • Adherence to PPC best practices
  • Ability to draw insight from data and leverage this to the benefit of our clients
  • Commercial awareness
  • Professional, confident, and friendly manner in business situations
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills


  • Google AdWords and Bing Ads certified
  • An appreciation of other aspects of Digital Marketing including Paid Media (PPC), Social Media, Digital PR & Conversion Rate Optimisation
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Experience of working within a digital agency
  • Multilingual capability (French or German preferred)
