Providing beautiful ranges of Greenhouses and Glasshouses for the everyday gardener, to the largest bespoke designs across their Victorian, Modern and Heritage ranges, our client works hard to cater to the needs of every individual customer and gardener and every individual garden.
Each one of their products is individually designed to the specification of the customer, whether for professional or private need. Our client prides themselves on the quality of their workmanship and work closely with their customers to ensure they get exactly what they need.
As our company continues to grow, our client is now looking for three Powder Coating Operatives to work the morning and afternoon shifts on a rota pattern. For the right people, the company may take on additional workers as the business expands.
- Hourly pay rates of up to £10 per hour, subject to experience and shift
- Paid lunch break
- 40 hours per week
- Full training in plant operations
As a Powder Coating Operative, you will responsible for powder coating manufactured products.
Joining an experienced powder coating team, you will receive items from the manufacturing teams and take them through the powder coating process, ensuring work is completed to the highest quality.
You will be trained on all plant operations to make sure you are up to speed but will be expected to have some experience of similar manufacturing environments and processes.
To be considered as a Powder Coating Operative, you will need:
- Experience of using a manual spraying system
- The ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to work to targets
Ideal candidates will also have experience of working within a similar powder coating environment. However, this is by no mean essential.
