Post Sales Customer Service Associate

Due to a new and exciting business opportunity, with an innovative "Global Arts Business" we now have an opening for a Customer Service Associate Post Sales

Business Administrators are responsible for providing first time resolutions for customers over the phone and via email. You will be required to deliver a high standard of service based on a detailed knowledge of the customer’s business processes, and with a high level of professionalism. When escalating calls and queries, the situation will need to be clearly and quickly relayed.

You will support a number of business areas, ensuring processes are adhered to and fully compliant.


  • Excellent verbal and written skills; you must be clear, confident and articulate when speaking to customers and be able to construct a formal email which adheres to grammatical and spelling requirements.

  • Ability to employ problem solving skills in effort to respond to complex client queries

  • A methodical approach to work and be highly organized calm demeanour with an ability to multi-task in a high traffic environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong listening and effective questioning skills

  • A flexible approach, with a can do attitude.

  • Be numerate and have Excel knowledge

  • (An interest in the artistic field of work is also favourable but not a requirement)


  • Graduates; degree level certifications from any background welcomed but not essential

  • NVQs in Business Administration welcomed but not essential


    Operational hours are between 8am-12.30am. Monday to Friday (some Saturday work may be required up to twice a year with notification in advance)
